Delete your data — nado tv

This is the official data-deletion page for nado tv on Google Play (com.nadotv.nado_tv). It explains how to remove your data or request deletion from the developer.

1. Request data deletion (official method)

You can request deletion without reinstalling the app:

Subject line: nado tv - Data deletion request

If your mail app does not open automatically, copy the address above and send the message manually from Gmail, Outlook, or your default email app.

We respond within 30 days at most.

2. Steps you can take on your device

  1. Clear app data: Settings → Apps → nado tv → Storage → Clear data.
  2. Turn off notifications in your device or app settings.
  3. Uninstall the app to remove all locally stored data.

The app does not require a password login. An anonymous Firebase account may be created automatically to support notifications and complaints.

5. Retention

Data on your device remains until you clear it or uninstall. Cloud complaint data is deleted after we process your verified request. Email requests are kept only as long as needed to complete the request and meet legal obligations.
